1. Who We Are and What This Is

Amstel Aces is a free-to-play social entertainment site operated by Amstel Aces Studios B.V., whose registered office is at Kneuterdijk 8, 2514 EN Den Haag (Chamber of Commerce no. 22414788). These Terms govern your access to and use of amstelaces.com and all games hosted on it.

Amstel Aces is not a real-money gambling site. No money changes hands, no deposits are taken, no withdrawals are possible, and no prizes with real-world value are awarded.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register or play. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or over. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to close any account that cannot confirm eligibility.

3. Virtual Currency — Guilder Chips

All games on Amstel Aces use Guilder Chips — a virtual in-game currency that:

• Has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services.
• Cannot be transferred between accounts or outside the platform.
• Cannot be purchased with real money.
• Is granted at registration and via daily login bonuses only.
• Resets to a default balance when you refresh the page (browser session chips) or via your daily allowance (account chips).

Any "win" or "balance" shown within a game is purely a score display. It represents no entitlement to any real-world benefit.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the site.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the games or site code.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that disrupts other users.
• Misrepresent your age or create accounts for persons under 18.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on amstelaces.com — including game graphics, Remy the Fox mascot artwork, the Grand Canal Parlour lore, copy, and code — is the property of Amstel Aces Studios B.V. or its licensors. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site is provided "as is." We make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Guilder Chip balances will be maintained indefinitely. We reserve the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue any game or feature at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch and EU law, Amstel Aces Studios B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Because no real money is ever at stake, our maximum liability to you for any claim is zero euros.
